Construction on schedule and first lease complete

Construction is on schedule with the building structure and roofing now complete. Glazing is now being installed on all floors and the main focus remains on completion of the curtainwall building envelope. Escalators are in place but are not operational. Elevator installation has commenced. Interior systems and finishing are proceeding on mechanical, electrical, steel stud, doors, frames, hardware, etc.

Hemmera have committed to lease space on the 5th floor and will take occupancy on August 1. Hemmera did extensive research when making their decision to create a satellite office in the Burnaby market. Construction Under Way

Construction is well under way with steel beams installed up to 6th floor. Concrete will be poured on floors starting in November. Construction is due to be complete in July 2008.
